      Pros

      The NYC office is very intimate. Most of the consultants know each other by first name and generally work well together. Given the small size of the company, there are often times that the same consultants work together in client engagements. Easy to navigate the Company Culture and relatively easy-going.

      Cons

      The brand recognition outside of French companies is lacking at least in the US. Bench time can vary depending on the Consultant's background - often times there are no engagements to 'quickly' transition into, since most of our competitors are far bigger and more established (e.g. Big 4 Consulting Firms).
