The job is a great start for your career. A very stress free job

Cons

The management seems to not listen to anything that the employees say. The bonus system is a joke, having to contribute your own bonus to another store who has done nothing towards your numbers Too much alone time in the store, feels extremely unsafe and left behind

Pros

Shurgard Sweden is a great company if you wish to develop your skills in customer service, admin and team work. Wonderful bosses and colleagues!

Cons

Unfortunately there seems to be continued issues with slow systems making it straining to work for long periods of time. Not a big issue but it gets annoying after a while when you feel that you can't do your job properly.
