Plan your own time and priorities to maximize the store´s results. Varied training platform. A lot of personal responsibilities. Not stressful. Good hierarchy structure where communication and training among staff and managers works well.

Cons

Somewhat limited opportunity to influence your salary and bonuses.

Pros

Great working environment, my manager Tony and District Manager Hannah have made it really easy for me to suit in the company and taught me a lot with my time here. The work is meaningful and the customers you meet are very different so not everyday is the same, but everyday will always be a new experience for growth which is great. 10/10 job to work if you’re looking for a job that will make you work hard but also be rewarded for your efforts.

* Amazing colleagues * Amazing values where you feel welcome and appreciated * A lot of responsibility * Good mix of administrative work and customer contact

Cons

- Not the best salary and no salary talks - Difficult to take the next step in your career depending on which city you work in - can sometimes get boring if it's quiet with customers and administrative work
