      Pros

      Tons of gratis, great people. Big on education for Physical product that is sold in stores. Really feel connected to stores

      Cons

      Poor leadership afraid to make decisions for fear of upsetting their peers. It’s a bit of the death by consensus here. You spend more time selling your idea than you do actual product management

      Gratis is probably the only thing that will keep you wanting to work there

      Cons

      They pay you lower because gratis is supposed to compensate for that. They overwork you and bribe you with more training and gratis which you never get. They pick and chose who they want to grow within their company. Everyone else gets less gratis and training. Way too much favouritism.

      Pros

      Monthly and quarterly bonuses based on meeting sales and KPI goals, gratis from the company and brands, flexible scheduling. Hour lunches are also uncommon in retail, so that was new and pleasant. The perks are awesome, there's so much product knowledge training every week.

      Cons

      No room for movement, no accountability of staff. Due to previously bad management, people placement was poor. Managers don't help clients, and like to pass off responsibilities regarding them to sales associates. The schedules are also released 3-4 days prior to the week it's for- so much for work-life balance. Also, 24 hours a week for full time employees, but giving them a hard time about finding a second job is nonsense.
