Pros

Access to generous gratis program. Great for aspiring artists and beauty enthusiasts to grow their kit or collection with free products and a competitive 30% discount.

Cons

Least competitive pay rates in the business. Constant payroll cuts mean that on top of minimal pay, even a “full-time” employee shouldn’t expect to work 30 hours a week. Employees are expected to keep fully available schedules to work bizarre hours despite the inconsistency making balancing other work impossible. Strict non-compete agreements also mean you can’t work any other beauty related work if you could juggle it. Company values of Diversity and Inclusion are a front, as the further you go up the corporate chain discrimination becomes obvious, and does bleed down to store level. This is not a company for career driven or income dependent people. Would be a better fit for inexperienced people who can balance it’s schedule as a side hustle or a hobby.
