Doing what I loved, gratis

Management is terrible and doesn’t address anything negative going on within the store (bullying, discrimination, etc) Gossip between cast members is excessive and incredibly inappropriate. The most hostile, unwelcome environment I’ve ever worked in. I loved what I did there but wow, definitely was not worth my time or effort in the long run. Cast members in my particular store would not only help someone and immediately turn around to another employee and talk badly about the customer, but they’d do it while the customer was in earshot and probably could hear them. Management knows who’s more talented than others and they don’t care about inappropriate behavior if it’s one of their best artists.

If your schedule is from 9 pm -1 am, there are multiple days when you stay until 3 or 4 am. Your hours get cut even when you are given those hours on the schedule.
