Greater Samsung business does not understand Enterprise business No Work life balance - expect to work 60-80 hours every week if you don't want to fall behind Customers are affected because the consumer processes are forced on an enterprise business and they don't work the same way. Higher priority on internal reports, meetings and training even to the point of having field sales people cancel customer meetings in favour of internal requirements Flexible working policy is frowned upon - must be in the office if not at customer meetings even though the company is selling mobility as their main go to market in Enterprise space. Internal policies and approval chains put needless overheads and inefficiencies on the business. Eg not allowed network connection through ethernet on other floors in office, only your own. Must apply to take laptop out of office every couple of months.

1) Worst possible workplace and more like a school environment ( need to come to office at 8am ) 2) Huge amount of workload 3) Spineless managers ( A will say that his manger B wont accept, B will say C wont accept and C says D wont accept this ) 4) No direction of why we are doing some work and what we are doing it sometimes 5) No appreciation for good work 6) Just Seeing code for 12 hours a day is enough to survive here 7) The work we do is assessed by number of lines in our status report
