      Compelling compensation package, higher-than-market-average salaries, motivating bonus and competitive perks: company car allowance, smartphone, laptop, job expense policy, profit sharing plan. Innovative multi-national company with a wide range of high tech products & services.

      Cons

      High-pressure result-oriented work environment, long working hours. Poor human resources management, no personal development program, no specific training policy, no trade union accepted.

      Good products, bad management

      You get to manage the awesome product pipeline in your portfolio.

      Cons

      Bad coordination between main headquarters (South Korea), regional headquarters, and local subsidiaries. Yearly sales plans are inflated and, if not properly adjusted, could end up hurting your quarterly bonus as you may not reach key targets.

      Pros

      Everything is organized, with the degree of organization at times overwhelming or in excess. There is opportunity to do well after the initial consideration is done for HQ folks.

      Cons

      You have to take on all the input from HQ on how and what things to get done. There is little room the imagination or initiative, just keep your head down, listen to your supervisor and get the job done seems the general attitude.
