Pros

Sage is an incredible place to work. The culture is genuinely people-first, and the company lives and breathes its values every day. Collaboration, inclusion, and innovation aren’t just buzzwords here, they’re part of how we work. Hard work is expected, but it’s absolutely recognised and rewarded. Leadership is supportive and credible, and there’s a real sense of purpose in what we do. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, be yourself, and make a difference, Sage is it.

Cons

As with any fast-paced organisation, change can be frequent and sometimes communication around it could be clearer. Workloads can be high at times, so prioritisation and resilience are key. That said, the support is there if you ask for it, and the company is always looking to improve.

Pros

One of the benefits I enjoy working for Sage is access to 10 weeks Work Away from Local Office that permanent employees have access to. The only preconditions are that one is Performing Well and that you comply with the three days in the office Hybrid arrangement.

Cons

None to Add at this point in time.

Pros

Great pay to get you in the door if you come from a competitor

Cons

Never seen such a disorganized company at such a large scale. No training is given, you are expected to know how to do your whole job on week 1. The dell laptops that they give you are horrendous. Layoffs happen every March and September - they aren’t performance based and are simply done so that they can cover the lack of revenue. Reorganizations happen so often and shift in leadership that I had 3 managers in 1 year and when you get to the raise stage, the new manager doesn’t know anything about you so you don’t get a good raise.
