      challenging environment which allows quick learning

      Cons

      Toxic environment, managers can be abusive, unrealistic expectations with minimum training and support (from managers and peers), bullying is normal, no trust in employees, work life balance is non existent, a lot of people leaving because of mental breakdowns caused by work place
