Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoy the opportunity for overtime. Safran offers wonderful perks including a comprehensive benefits package, bonus program, pension program, stock sharing, flexible work hours and more. With that being said, we appreciate your candor about pay equity in a competitive talent market. For further concerns, we always encourage our employees to reach out to their local Human Resources team so that we can assist you. Thank you for voicing our concerns and for being a part of our team!

Pros

You get to work on interesting products that goes in the aircraft and once in a while, you get to go see it when you go on a plane. The people who you work with are the ones that keeps you going and there still needs to be a lot of improvement and understanding the products, quality factors involved more than pushing KPIs and "hitting" the target. Yes you want to do all of that however, sacrificing engineering design and quality just to hit the KPI is not worth in the end.

Cons

management needs to stop micromanaging everything, bad decisions from top to the bottom. KPIs over quality is a bad example to structure the company by. Respect the employees and understand their painpoints. Compensation is subpar. Healthcare is okay.
