      Pros

      Labinal provides decent benefits. They have decreased raises over the years and are currently not competitive. Nice facility to work in.

      Cons

      This is a French owned company and very tone deafl to the needs of their employes. They spend a lot of money on "branding" campaigns on employee motivation but there is no substance behind it.

      Good to begin Can learn for 2-3 years.

      Cons

      Worst managers in Bangalore office, You can get things done(like onsite, Lead position etc..) by serving for manager, services are : Cleaning house, feeding the pet(specifically cat), taking care of kids(getting food, playing video game, pick from school). You may have a question how it is possible in working hours: that's the reason they call to work in shifts.

      unethical managers. HR doesnt worry about employee at all. A typical low end service based company. Freshers will be made to sign a bond for 3 years. For this you will get 4 days training. Fresher's can consider safran as a jail . If you are a complete loser and if you want to punish yourself then join here. The more you stay in this organization.. The more you are screwing your Life and chances of getting another job is mission impossible
