      This is a company with a long term positive vision that will ultimately be very successful. It fosters new thinking and encourages all to contribute to the future of the organisation.

      Cons

      Unfortunately it is not fully engaging with the established workforce and working to take them along on their journey, which has generated an air of resentment and bottomed out morale, by seemingly getting rid, or not trying to hold onto the experienced, but just recruiting in undergraduates as replacements

      nothing to learn here. freshers dont spoil your career.

      manager Steal your credit, Poor self-awareness Poor communicator, Unable to get the best from people, Never praises or encourages, Lacks personal accountability, Unable to make a decision, Poor listening skills.....except 2-3 managers all are same there specially managers.

      Worked more than 3+ years. good Flexible working Hours. Good projects for a freshers. Organization has few good people.if you are working with those it help's in feature challenges.

      Cons

      Full of politics in higher levels management. No compensation for the Hardworking professionals. Organization changes policy what every the way they want and loot employees in all the ways. HR department is a Joke. No personal life.
