      Office culture among same level employees is good.

      Cons

      Worst HR policies and support. Environment not good enough. Management too lazy to bring new projects. Lack of projects in company. Future prospects not looking good.

      Selfish & bias middle level management

      Pros

      1. Engineering team 2. Awesome technology (biometrics) That's about it.

      Cons

      1. Middle level management are selfish, & bias. They only care about their bonuses. 2. Shamelessly expect you to slog for long hours, come on weekends, etc., without even comp days off (and forget about extra pay) 3. No career growth whatsoever, unless you are buddies with the managers, and play golf with them. 4. Employees are not valued in this company. 5. On the flip side, some became managers with just 2 years' career experience and with absolutely no talent. 6. And now after Safran acquired, nothing changed locally (in concord), but layoffs began. Do not join this company, it is a sinking ship. One by one, people are leaving. 7. Too many politics.

      Pros

      Easy to go mentality, good company for the people who just want to come to work for 8 hours without being worried too much about the career and retire

      Cons

      No clear differentiation between high performer and low performer; the management is reluctant to praise the high performer guys with a fear that they will ask for more money
