      Pay is decent managers not so great company not very employee friendly

      Bad managers bad coworkers not family friendly only way you can get fired is but not showing up

      Pros

      You get the week after Christmas off as a paid holiday. Casual dress.

      Cons

      Management doesn't provide the resources to be successful. They present a front as if they care with Engagment surveys, but don't take any actions to improve from it. Low profit margin, so low pay and not able to spend on developing their employees. They have a culture where terminations and demotions are an acceptable practice (I was never in either of these group, but saw it happen). When I left is when I saw how many employees are unhappy there, from the hourly employees to senior management.

      Performence is secondary, closeness to manager is primary.

      Cons

      Not having good projects, not using the talent to its optimum level.
