      Had flexible work schedule but was taken away after new management, some sanctified incompetence, threatens mandatory overtime to push work flow

      Pros

      Its a place where you can learn a lot as per your domain, ample of exposure to every one. Senior Management is supportive to give you the chance for gaining your own work experience. They'll back you in all your good and bad decisions. It is a peaceful place to work. I found this place where every single process is for employee benefit.

      They prepare you to work somewhere else, giving you lots of workload, responsibilities and getting paid less than the average everywhere you look.

      Cons

      The rate per hour is not even close to the average in the industry.
