Pros
You get a wage. Generally fairly competitive - if you can keep it long enough Some interesting future prospects if France don't swallow them all up. Some nice people I think there are some nice benefits too (although you probably shouldn't give out bonuses to everyone after laying off a 3rd of your workforce...?) Sorry I'm running out...
Cons
Most of the senior leaders are incredibly incompetent The atmosphere which was toxic before has worsened further through COVID The programmes function is now solely in charge and the employees left will suffer as a result of incompetent programme managers who know extremely little about their products, manufacturing or engineering or people skills. It's French run - only a matter of time before they relocate everything to France. The Electronics all went this year It's French centric You need to be French or speak French to get on really Within the management teams its very much jobs for the boys In the middle of nowhere Overlayered with managers, not enough engineers Shop Floor is an embarassing museum of equipment and outdated manufacturing practices
