      The culture is bad. Staff turnover is very high. Don't care about their staff. Not much investment in the facility. Old equipment. No real staff development.

      Made some good friends there.

      Cons

      Management needs to be more assertive and not so passive. Always delegates his responsibilities to others. Rarely gets up from his desk and constantly emails questions he should know the answer to.

      Progress is being made on diversity & inclusion.

      Cons

      Lots of management changes. Policies are not consistently enforced. Culture is not authentic and inconsistent between sites. NO compensation structure. Work/life balance is unsatisfactory.
