      Horrendous place takes toll on Mental Heath!

      Pros

      Nothing and I mean it. If you have a choice, don’t ever end up at this place.

      Cons

      Most toxic, horrendous place with constant workload of 3+ people which gives sleepless nights, added with micro management, bullying culture supported by HR. Frequent round of layoffs with total disregard for employees.

      Unfair place to work

      Pros

      The people are the best thing. Hybrid working.

      Cons

      Very unfair place to work, new recruits are paid substantially more than existing employees, which means you end up training people who are on more money than you. Poor management, unrealistic delivery dates given to customers which adds extra pressure on the employees. Valuable training is non existent. IT system is abysmal.
