Pros
A great company to work with...spent more than 10 yrs. with lots of learning, opportunities to interact people technically and contribute. Participated on certain key programs which are great success. If you want to work, there could be great opportunities. opportunity to work with some of best engineers although for quite some time, better have left the lot.
Cons
In recent times, management is poorly panicked. For past few months, french opportunists saving themselves rather than company. CEO messed up certain deals....and literally not leading from front, identified his comfort zone with certain profit making business. Not sure, if it's due to geographical, cultural issues. Digital business seems to be in a lot troubled stage. Only tech company where HR thinks that technical people are because of them ;-)
