      Pros

      The good thing about this company is that they pay salary on time. So far they always pay AWS and bonus. The work is relatively easy to do and stress level is minimal.

      Cons

      Managers like you to stay past office hours. If you do, they will demm you as serious in your work even if you are not doing anything. Managers there judge you on impression not by actual work objective.

      Work life balance - definitely can knock off on the dot Friendly and helpful colleagues and bosses Hardly any office politics - everyone is willing to help if there is an issue Job security - highly unlikely to be sacked if you do not do anything wrong

      Cons

      Lack of career progression Salary increment is slow Technology is not top notch - many current engineering issues can be eliminated if management is willing to do an overhaul of equipment used in manufacturing Force leave - employers are forced to clear leave as shut down happens annually
