      Pros

      Good company benefit. Relationship with colleagues are very nice and helpful person.

      Cons

      Poor management skill. This team turn over too high, average 3 months a person will leave the team. Some people probation get extended without solid reason. No recognition at work.

      Pros

      (1) Without exaggeration, i could say the company has excellent work-life balance compared to others. (2) Opportunity to work on advanced techno nodes (3) Excellent CAD infrastructure. you get hands on all the latest state of the art tools from all major EDA. The computer farm is one of the latest in the industry. (4) has some of the best team managers

      Cons

      (1) Almost rigid to changing market scenario. (2) European supremacy culture prevails. No Asian in top management (3) Too much internal politics and favoritism (4) Slowest individual growth beyond senior position (5) Learning curve becomes flat if manager is not supportive. There are many occasions where A 10+ years person does the same job as a 2+ year person. Adversely, a 10+ years person takes hefty salary to do a job which can be handled by a 2+ years person. (6) Slowest to adapt to new flows and ideas (7) Too many intern intake which reduces chances for them of getting converted or getting job elsewhere (due to very ordinary projects assigned to them).
