      Pros

      it's a good place mainly due to the relax working environment, info sharing with freedom, most people are welcome. Domination in HD STB industry with kinds of innovations.

      Cons

      Package is much lower than competitor's, localization is weak, another big problem is lack of motivation, and more and more new comers erode its position.

      Pros

      There are numerous training programs for employees to help them improve on technical and behavioral know-how. The career path choice is however not left to the employee.

      Cons

      The company is separated into different groups and teams. It is very hard to move from team to team and the scope of teams is very narrow, forcing one to become a domain specialist which is okay if you want to be one.
