      A very good place for technical experts with good work-life balance though long term growth can be stagnant.

      Pros

      A huge pool of technical expertise to learn from. Proximity to latest innovation in semiconductor/wireless industry. Friendly and homelike environment with lots of facilities for employees.

      Cons

      Pay package may become little dissatisfying with time. Long term stagnancy in terms of growth. Lack of great managers and flow of information at lower levels. At department level, strategies keep changing, reorganization keeps taking place very often. No steady plan of action to focus on.
