      If you find the right manager and product, working in sales can be interesting

      Pros

      Good package, some products are really interesting, interesting product trainings. As it is a big company you can be well considered by your customer.

      Cons

      Most of the positions are in sales organization, where you have sales cons as everywhere. Depending of product and market you could have great pressure. Incentive are generally not at the right level.

      Good benefits, very quality driven culture, driven to be best manufacturing location worldwide.

      Cons

      Constant, unrelenting pressure. Company closed this profitable location based on internal politics. Lack of real cooperation from corporate offices.
