      Pros

      It's a foreign company. we could have more chance to know many different people for the world wide. For life, it provides better payment than before

      Cons

      lack a complete and system organization. St is too conservative becasue it always has buget control. It's not good for R&D to develop.

      Work life balance, social activities, good HR, challenging work, decent pay, i liked my time at ST but i think growth opportunities are limited

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities, biased management which is often not competent, very hirerachial and also the management is not very welcoming to listening your views
