      1.STM gives you the oportunity to enhance your knowledge. Enviorment is friendly and appreciate your ideas. Its was pleasure working with STM .

      Changes at the higher level sometimes make employee to work on a new area which may not be interesting for the employee.

      Pros

      Work-life balance was fine for a Silicon Valley company. Employees didn't work the crazy hours that were typical for Silicon Valley.

      Cons

      Management was largely clueless and confused about its future strategy. Poor communiction skills - employees weren't kept informed. They had cool technology early on in the company's history, but ran out of ideas.
