      Excellent Leave policies and better medical coverage. European standards of work.

      Cons

      Decadent and bureaucratic work culture. Latent discrimination of Europe vs. India. Rampant politics and nepotism in the Indian Operations. Overall ST is losing market share and profitability which reflects in salary hikes and promotions. Seniority - the sole basis for promptions

      Pros

      Generous benefit; relaxing work style; a lot of things to learn (good for fresh graduates, only if you can get an opportunity)...

      Cons

      The managers basically do nothing but to sabotage everything and do not take responsibilities. No sign of vision from top management, and middle management ability is below average.
