      Good work-life balance , you do not have to spend a lot of time on the work as many european companies. many opportunities to work through out the world since there are many branches

      Cons

      Management loop is long and no space for new engineers. there are always Italian and French guys on top. vey frustrating bureaucracy and poor communication

      Interesting technology and products. Company is willing to spend money on tools, machines.Reasonable workload, though tapeout schedule times can be a little much.

      Cons

      No significant training for employees. Not much room for advancement. They like to layoff people/location in the United States.
