      Pros

      Good (but not great) Semiconductor company. If you are better than average you can truly shine at this company. Lots of opportunities to learn, travel, assume new responsibilities. Some very good mentoring. Good pay at the right level and at the right location(s).

      Cons

      Very few non-Europeans make it to top management. Still a very French/Italian culture company. Company continues to manage the same old fashioned way.

      Interesting work - bureaucratic at times

      Pros

      Highly talented software and hardware colleagues. On the whole, I found the engineering staff to be of a very high calibre. The work was at the cutting edge and very interesting. The experience I gained here was very valuable.

      Cons

      The travel policy was quite bureaucratic and forced you to spend a lot of time chasing several tiers of upper management for signatures for travel approval.
