there are some people who lack basic etiquette and professional values when communicating with others. HR, Receptionist, some others despise foreigners and are unnecessarily rude and lack basic courtesy in talking to employees. managers and those overseas might be okay to talk to, but you have to deal with HR and receptionist if you are in marketing , who dont even have proper business communication standards. If any foreigner is recruited then they despise you from day 1 and help you very little. co-ordination between different departments is almost nil and everyone just wants to pass the buck. some of the ladies just shout at when you talk to them
