      Pros

      Administrator role is busy and fast paced, my time had a healthy diverse responsibilities, I wish they would have allowed me to work from home more instead of putting up with office politics.

      Cons

      Office is chaotic, un-managed. Office Manager travels extensively therefore receptionist is left to her own crazy tactics. Mature professionals need not apply as crazy receptionist lady thinks she rules the place, odd!

      Not suitable for young hustlers / millennials. ESG under par. Pays under market, does not promote positive innovative culture and a free work environment / cool office environment.
