STMICROELECTRONICS is a really good place to work if you are getting into a good team. The work culture is really good and not toxic. Employee friendly company and also flexible. Its a hire and retire kinda company. If you are looking for stability, you are at a right place.
Cons
As it an PBC,there are lesser opportunities to work on new and multiple projects. Most people in IT department only support the applications and do change requests. Exposure to new technologies is really lesser.
