      Pros

      SAP allows employees the freedom to do the job without micro-management. Employees are empowered to create their own solutions and execute. The work hours can be long sometimes, but flexibility is given when needed. You are never alone at SAP. You always have a very large team to help you. Team work is not just something that is encouraged, it is part of the life here. We say it and we mean it, "There are no stupid questions"! If you need help, someone will help you.

      Cons

      If you are the type that needs specific directions and plans to perform your job, this is not the place for you. If you do not like to travel, again, not the place for you.

      SAP Labs Israel, very good place to work and learn, very bad HR.

      Pros

      SAP Labs Israel: learn how a big organization works, learn methodologies, learn good things (like processes) and bad things (like to long processes). the main good thing is learning, if you don't have experience this is the best place to learn.

      Cons

      SAP Labs Israel: bureaucracy, can't develop new things, everything takes time. can't propose new GUI and UI, all is according to corporate standards (which are very constrained due to regulations). not a good place for innovations or creativity. very bad HR, the HR is very nice as long as there are no problems, the minute you need something or leaving the company, the HR will be your worst enemy.

      Pros

      I love working for SAP for the following reasons and it is one of the best companies. The company genuinely cares for its employees. I work at SAP Ariba where the culture is fast paced, start-up like, new innovation and new technologies are on-boarded fairly rapidly. The senior leaders are humble, empathetic and approachable. No matter how busy they are, they make time for their employees. SAP offers a wide range of opportunities for employees to learn and advance their career. SAP has a truly embracing culture, a culture where diversity brings comfort not conflict.
