      Talented people who are passionate about what they do and all share the same goal working toward it. YOu can always speak your mind without fear.

      Cons

      The free form seat of your pants nature can cause severe stress. This can have a serious knock on effect and impact on career and life.

      Pros

      Great people, great culture, smartest people I've ever worked with. A place where you can come up with an idea, form a team, build it, and ship it to millions of players. How cool is that?

      Cons

      Young company, ambitious, but focus is sometimes split. Would benefit from less projects and more focus. Also needs to kill off long term projects that aren't generating sufficient returns.

      Great if you love game, and enjoys to work with smart people and explore the latest technology. Great for someone loving to work on not well defined tasks.

      Cons

      Lack of work-life balance. Lack of structure due to fast growth. Could be challenging for people with family. Will be challenging for someone who is not a core gamer
