Pros

Good price on watches, on jewelleries and luxury goods. Other than that I do not see any good reason to work for Richemont.

Cons

Poor working condition: The management is of poor quality. Employees are not properly considered. On top of that the salaries and bonuses are lower than what you can find on the market.

Pros

bargain on watches and jewelry, other than that I do not see. Super sales are to me the only good thing about Richemont, in order to prfit from this, you have to like buying luxury watches in that case.

Cons

poor management, low budget, rogue IT, and lofty people. Lack of diversity.People are not motivated to stay there at all and just feel like going somewhere else when the opportuinity arise. People's career are in standby there. There is a big turnover People are not trained and therefore loose their skills after a while.

Pros

The overall feel of working for a luxury company is great. The artistic feel and craftsmanship is taken seriously and that is very inspiring.

Cons

Because of what this company stands for, it was very disappointing to see and experience that sheer racism and favoritism (if you come from a European background) are this company's culture. It is very cliquey and very political. Employees tend to stay in groups based on the country or the region they are from and seldom speak to others. Managers are worshiped and idolized, mostly because they come from European backgrounds. In return these managers also favor European employees and do not hold them accountable for the racist behaviors and non compliant actions they exhibit. Directors and managers are entertained by the politics and the backstabbing going on between teams and employees. Employees may deliberately exclude others from meetings, information, and work in general solely for their background. Again, no one is held accountable for their actions. My honest review is that this company has potential in the middle east but is ruined by the racist and cold approach all the top managers and directors have towards new hires, asians, and middle easterns. It is actually depressing and therefore, disappointing. This is not a company you grow and learn from. It is not a company that makes you feel welcomed and included. It is not a company that can ensure the psychological safety of its employees. It actually felt like the hunger games sometimes. They preach a lot of stuff but directors don't actually go by what they preach. Goodluck.
