Pros

Great benefits and company culture. Opportunity to travel and transfer to different departments through out the world. Global company.

Cons

Certain regions do not support the global company culture. Pay is not as high as other places. Management is not transparent, information is kept "secret" for some reason. Places a lot of responsibility on key members in the organization that is not management. Needs to hire more people to help keep the organization strong. Promotion is not always within even though you are involved in a program to "develop" your skills for management. Work/life balance is not supported in some regions.
