Pros

Nothing. You can't find a worse company than this one.

Cons

Everything. Appalling. Preposterous. You just can't find enough adjective to describe how bad this company is.

Pros

Very good team, excellent bosses. Work is interesting. Good salary. You learn new things regularly. As IT, you are allowed to challenge the business when you get stupid requests.

Cons

Things are changing and future is uncertain. Some benefits will fade. Part of the job is being given to offshore. Too much rules, obsessed with security and compliance.
