The company’s primary strength appears to be selling unrealistic dreams—often presenting basic tools, like a glorified ChatGPT, as sophisticated AI assistants. Many in management, including engineering managers, contributed little to no value, often clock-watching and lacking the technical expertise needed to support their teams effectively.
