Pros

- Best contract you can find as newly graduated (no stage, or other strange things) - High salary as newly graduated position - Funny events during the year (boat trip, aperitivi, reply xchange, hackatons, christmas party etc.)

Cons

- Incredible turnover, they just let senior people go away because of no career advancement and prefer fresh graduated people - Result? No experienced people that manages projects! - Also, there's no formation at all! They just give you a project and good luck! - My "senior" doesn't even have a clue on the technologies we are using!

A Masterclass in Mismanagement and Mediocrity

Pros

Decent work life balance and the staff are nice.

Cons

Working at Reply is an exercise in frustration and disillusionment. The upper management – particularly the executives – are embarrassingly awkward, devoid of charisma, and staggeringly arrogant. There is no discernible vision or strategy, just top-down directives handed out for company top management to follow blindly. The managers themselves are, in many cases, competent and well-intentioned, but they are routinely disregarded and undermined by an executive layer that refuses to listen or evolve. The result is a culture where talented people are systematically ignored until they inevitably leave. Reply has a serious retention problem, and it’s not hard to see why – the best staff get tired of the politics, the inertia, and the sheer unwillingness of leadership to make necessary changes. If you are not particularly ambitious or simply want an easy ride, you might find Reply an acceptable place to work. But if you are driven, talented, or have aspirations for a meaningful career, avoid Reply at all costs. It is a toxic environment that will drain your motivation and stall your professional growth. Joining this company is, quite frankly, career suicide.
