No reason to join the company if you are skilled.

Cons

1. No HR intervention, salary discussions are done by manager. 2. They hired me as devops engineer and forced me to do support work. 3. Nepotism and recommendation are on peak. People who don't even know how to operate a computer are getting selected. 4. You can grow only if have better licking skills.
