Pros
Good management below the highest levels, dedicated colleagues, good remote policies and benefits
Cons
revolving door for people at the top. constantly changing strategies or a vacuum of strategies, depending on who is currently filling an executive or senior director role for a given 6 month stretch. constant state of confusion and alarm for employees who aren't given any information about why there is constant change or whether it will ultimately impact their job security. why is communication regarding the constant leadership changes so abysmal, or fully nonexistent beyond the ominous emails bidding yet another person farewell? is anyone actually in charge? doesn't feel like it for the last 2 years. can't imagine its a good look to clients, either. get it together, please.
