Pros

They are hiring, offer full remote, and 5 weeks vacation. Get in with an escape plan in mind. But ask A LOT of questions during the hiring process.

Cons

The company is still going through growing pains almost 3 years after the acquisition. Breadcrumbing has a top down approach. Promises are being made that will come into fruition..this summer? Next year? Or never. Salaries will eventually be aligned, software will be merged, and the company will finally be integrated. For now, every department seems to be in agreement that "everything is a mess". There is no room for growth and the lack of cohesion within the company can be felt at all levels.

Pros

Great Colleagues, work/ life balance

Cons

I worked for Moravia at a client's facility in Culver City. Moravia is one of 3 vendors operating at the same client and by far the worse. The other 2 companies give from the start a better rate to most employees (depending on the language). Moravia pays a flat $25/hour, whereas you can get $27 from the other two, and maybe even more (you can bargain even if they initially say $25). After completing one year the vendors give the following; Company 1: Health insurance (after 3 months), paid holidays, paid vacation 10 days, 401k, compensation if dismissed. Company 2: $29/hour to everyone, 2 paid holidays. Moravia: NOTHING If you are approached by Moravia for a position in Culver City (client facility), your best bet is to contact the other two companies and ask if they also offer the same position. If you stay with Moravia, you will regret it bitterly, as you will feel like a fourth class employee (behind client's employees, and the other two vendors' employees, even though you will do the same job, or even more). There is considerable job insecurity.

Pros

Great team members and people are very helpful. Benefits like PTO, Health and remote work are great.

Cons

There can be a sink or swim mentality. Salaries are not great in comparison with other LSPs, and when it comes to review time, if you get a 2% raise, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. You are expected to take on a lot but your pay stays the same even when you get more responsibility.
