Slow response from accounts department
Delayed payment
When I started working for the company, one of the documents that I received informed me that I would get paid within 7 days, since I am part of the lyrics project. Now all of a sudden, when my payment thus far hasn't been forthcoming since I created an invoice at the beginning of February, I am now told I have to wait 30 days to receive payment! I emailed the accounts department several times informing them that I should get paid within 7 days and that there was a mistake (even manager told them that) but it seems no one is looking into this and my emails go unanswered. The email I did receive from the department insisted I will receive payments within 30 days as it is standard. In what world does someone wait for 30 days from the time of withdrawal to get their money even though PayPal is available????? Something doesn't appear to be right about this company.
I have bills to pay and my plans have gone awry because someone made a mistake and no one wants to own up and fix this issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I put so much hard work in all the tasks I'm given but it seems like I am being taken advantage of and abused.
