1. Organisation hirerchay is very big and due to which often there is a micro-management and sometimes it gets frustrated. 2. KRAs are not defined properly atleast for the roles of Project Manager, Associate Project Manager and Project Coordinator and it feels like all of them are performing the same duties across the projects.
