      Pros

      The people who work at QAD are very professional, smart, and a reallly good group to work with. The corporate office is located on a hillside overlooking the ocean and the Channel Islands, which is always breath taking. The work is challenging and there are opportunities to grow if you are motivated. The workforce is diverse and you work with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Working for a global company has its timezone challenges and sometimes requires rising early or staying up late to collaborate . Eating free breakfast and lunch everyday means you must workout to keep the pounds off (at least there is a gym onsite to help with that and the salad bar is an everyday option).

      Pros

      The really care about their employees, its on constant training of their team, the economical compensation is ok to the market standards and the people felt rewarded by their performance

      Cons

      The company is not as hunter possible with the clients and prospects and it does reflects in all the company members, so sometimes it looks like the old way of doing business,

      No Respect from seniors

      you gotta gain more knowledge here, particularly if you are in core team.

      Cons

      1. NO RESPECT FOR JUNIORS, 2. if you are new and you are not favorite of your senior you are going to be punished silently by giving most difficult work. 3. After promotion there is no work difference for seniors(LEADS), their work often is even more than what juniors does! 4. All i can say is you will not have your personal life alive after you join QAD.
