      Can Management Just Focus For Once?

      Co-workers ; Beautiful Corporate offices ;Interesting projects to work on If you are lucky enough to have a great fit in the organization, then QAD can be great. Just don't expect to be promoted very high into the organization

      Cons

      All of R&D is run by a single woman. The result of this is that because she runs the entire show, priorities are shifted constantly. This takes a huge toll on the various development teams who must often stop mid- development on one project and move to another. Extremely frustrating for the team members and results in lack of buy in to the current plan, since everyone knows that it will change 180 degrees in a few months

      Flexible hours. Good mix of young and veteran people

      Cons

      Unexperienced team leaders. Employee's opinion has 0 value for the manager. Lack of processes, team building and internal meetings, despite the members of the team asked for follow up meetings several times. Big missalignment between members of the same team. Repetitive tasks need to be done due to that missalignment. Associate doesn't have the opportunity to make a difference. All this has an impact in the client at the end.
