      Pros

      - Time management - Work from home - Great medical care (so far)

      Cons

      - People ressources (previsouly know as Human Rssources) team is not caring about employee wellness and do all they can to reduce any benfits - you cannot TRUST what they say. - No increase year on year of benefits / advantages at the opposit all is made to reduce them - The company is not considering employee as an asset but as a cost only . - Total lack of disrecpect of DEI - even if they say otherwise.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience has not been as positive as it should be from your perspective. I would encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor and the People Partner (HR Manager) in France to help them understand your perspective. We would especially want to learn of the specifics related to DEI so we can improve your experience. We work to set up collaborative spaces to enable teams to be able to bring their whole self to work and share with one another where each member is valued.

      The diversity of data science subjects on offer The possibility to built statistical models for all sorts of topics : predictive maintenance, inventory optimization, process mining, outlier detection, error rate reduction, employee engagement, and so on

      Cons

      Coming from a start up environment, the sometimes long-windedness which is par for the course in all big structures
