2yThanks for your comment and I apologize for the delay in this response. We moved to fully remote work towards the end of the pandemic since we saw the benefit to both employees and the company. For employees this offered more flexibility and yes for the company, this did help with costs as well as employee productivity and satisfaction. We would like to hear more about the specifics in the work culture. Our HR Team and manager team is continually working to improve and ensure employees have a good experience at QAD.
