      nothing much .... company is at saturation point cant expect much growth in the hierarchy .....

      o worklife balance....people working in the organsation have just politics in their mind...no help from your managers because they are busy in their own life no idea about whats happening in the team ...... worst organisations to work for... cant explain in words

      nothing as such that I should state here

      Cons

      they suck the employee. the employee has to work for 10-12 hours. even they don't provide the week off/national holidays off. some of the team lead misbehave with the juniors and treat them like animals
